The international Å 87 highway passes nearby. There are daily charter flights in the active tourist season.

    5. Climate

    In addition to the traditional beach sports, there are conditions for practicing of aqueous motor sports, sailboats, wind-surfing. Tennis, riding, bowling, golf and beach volleyball facilities are also available.

    7. Price

    The price of the real estate amounts to 400 Åuro (four hundred) per one sq.m.

    8. Taxes, fees and commissions

    Notary and local taxes are payable at the time of conclusion of the transaction, which do not exceed 3% of the amount of the sales price. They will be shared in equal parts by Seller and the Buyer.
    The commission fee of the agent “ALESTA-M” is 3% of the sales price of the real estate. The commission is not included in the price, mentioned in point 7, and is payable by the Buyer in two equal installments – at the time of signing of the Preliminary contract and at the time of conclusion of the transaction in the presence of a Notary officer.
