APARTMENTS IN SUNNY BEACH, BULGARIA
This small but distinct building is situated in the heart of Sunny Beach, just 10 minutes walk to the very center of the resort and close to the central beach.
It comprises of 31 comfortable one bedroom apartments and 5 offices on the ground floor. Here are few of the amenities that the building offers:

The apartment buildings are built of steel-concrete construction and a warm roof. The outer walls of the buildings are isolated with 4 cm thermo-isolation.
The cost of the following completing works is included in the price of each apartment:

TERMS OF PAYMENT
The real estates are offered for sale at the following scheme of payment:
A/ 30% of the sales price – at signing the preliminary contract for sale;
B/ 20% of the sales price – at finishing of the foundation works of the building;
C/ 30% of the sales price – at finishing of the roofing works;
D/ 20% of the sales price – at signing the notarial deed
The people, having bought apartments in the building “Aven House” paid a one-year fee, which is spent for:
- Maintenance of the territory of the complex;
- Maintenance of the common parts of the buildings;
- Maintenance of the swimming pool;
- Maintenance of the green area of the complex;
- year round security;
- using of the swimming pool;
- electric lighting of the common territories;
- electric lighting of the common parts of the building
The annual fee in the amount of 400 EURO + VAT, with the following discounts:
- 350 EURO for each apartment a year + VAT – with advance payment for three years;
- 330 EURO for each apartment a year + VAT – with advance payment for five years;
By wish of the owners, at additional payment the following services can be provided:
- cleaning of the apartments;
- repairs of the apartments;
- payment of the overhead expenses for the apartments, such as taxes, electricity, water etc.;
- rent-a-car;
- ventilation and maintenance of the apartments
Other services, needed by the owners for their comfortable stay in the complex are affected by the working stuff.
The complex will be completely finished in June 2009 year.
